We call this our Indoor Kit because of the way 29CFR1926 is written.  Basically, when you enter a space where lead-based paint (EPA term) or where lead-containing paint (OSHA term) is present the entire area must be cleaned in order to keep already contaminated dust from getting airborne before demolition even begins.   In this kit is just about everything you'll need to get the preliminary cleaning accomplished.  We say "preliminary" because each jurisdiction has its own definition of "clean".  So check with your jurisdiction for a final determination.
